A BIG thank you to Mr. Gallardo … every year he goes out of his way to help students with getting their entries submitted & helping make this program so successful. Principal Garinger is looking into whether or not we can have a simple ceremony on campus or alternate plan. Parents will be notified either way as to how we plan to celebrate our students.

Our deadline for achieving any of our awards is February 26th and we appreciate our communities involvement in helping us reach these goals. Together we Can! Your membership helps us provide for our students and staff and gives you access to various discounts.

Students, parents, grandparents, community members, just about anyone can become a HMS PTA member. Joining the PTA is a simple way to get connected to your students’ school. A membership does not require you to volunteer or attend monthly long drawn out meetings, it simply means HMS PTA receives a portion of your membership payment and you have inside access to all things PTA.
~WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT~

Unfortunately we are unable to open concessions due to COVID this year. However we are planning for next year and are looking for volunteers for the concession stand and in other PTA related capacities.
Involvement ranges from food/drink donations for teachers, helping at PTA sponsored events, and decoration bulletin boards throughout the year. There are so many more ways to volunteer get involved. A set of hands & a BIG smile goes a long way at the HIVE.
Please, email your contact information and availability to Melody Alvarado @ Volunteer Coordinator
**Remember volunteers must complete a new background check form EVERY YEAR.
